Responsibilities include:
- System troubleshooting
- Preventative corrective maintenance
- System configuration implementation
- Power-on support
- Schematic support
- Point building, upgrades
- Consulting and CL programming.
These skills are required to help our Service Team support grow South Region's installed base of TDC/TPS/PKS Experion equipment. 7/24 standby rotation may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of controls systems experience
- 3 Years PC/Networking experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 18 months of experience with Honeywell Control Systems
- Knowledge and skills with PKS Experion Hardware Software, in addition to Hiway, TDC, TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, and Hiway equipment
- Excellent communication customer relations skills. PC Networking Skills
- Ability to accurately document work performed
- Able to respond to emergency calls and resolve them within the guidelines that meet or exceed our contract customer expectations and requirements

- Proven skills in problem solving
- Excellent customer service skills, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
