Sr Financial Analyst - Pricing Strategy

This finance position is a high visibility role working in close partnership with strategic development, sales, business development, and operations. The role is responsible for providing timely financial and strategic analyses of deals involving clients and prospects. The position will use and further develop an analytical approach to pricing and costing. This will be accomplished through analysis/evaluation of key business areas, facilitation of cross-functional meetings, implementing programs to improve profitability results and reporting of metrics to measure the effectiveness of pricing initiatives.

Requirements:

? Bachelor?s Degree with a concentration in finance/marketing or economics is essential. MBA preferred.
? 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or business/marketing analytics.
? Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing process design, implementation, planning, and negotiation is a plus.
? Treasury, commercial lending and/or capital markets experience is preferred.
? Big 4 accounting/consulting experience is a plus.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) and financial software and database systems. SQL experience is preferred.
? Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM database is preferred.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated experience in successfully influencing decision makers and key courses of action.
? Demonstrated partnership skills with peer functions.
