SR FINANCIAL ANALYST
Description Purpose Responsible for research and analysis of internal and external data to generate insights and recommendations for a strategic approach to cost management for Boston Scientific Corporation. This includes building and leveraging finance and business networks to gather and understand the data. Responsibilities ? Collect and analyze competitor and industry data and compare to internal performance ? Develop reports and recommendations on cost reduction focus areas ? Support design and implementation of continuous improvement OpEx management program ? Accountable for the working relationship with FPA vis-à-vis planning and recommendations ? Create period reports to the PMO, OC, and executive steering committee ? Identify cross-functional insights ? Project management and coordination of cross-functional initiatives ? Support effort to close restructuring savings gap through detailed analysis and recommendations Qualifications ? BA/BS (Finance/Accounting preferred) ? 3-5 years experience ? Strong analytic skills ? financial acumen, quantitative and qualitative analysis ? Ability to manage multiple evolving priorities and complete tasks with minimal oversight ? Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to work closely with senior business leaders ? Responsive to business leaders for timely reporting ? Excel, PowerPoint required, Financial tools (SAP, Hyperion) a plus
