Responsibilities:
- The Real Estate Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support for the Americas Real Estate portfolio.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Americas Corporate Real Estate Cost Center Managers, Corporate Financial Business Partners, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing.
- Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the Americas Real Estate group.
- Assist Real Estate Managers with complex financial analysis of new and existing projects, programs and initiatives. Train Real Estate Managers and Program Mangers on the effective use of Company financial tools, systems, policies and process.
- Develop month end, quarter end, and year end financial reporting and analysis for 40+ costs centers / $65M spend.
- Lead the coordination, organization and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Examples include traditional budget and forecasting, month end close accuracy and enhanced financial/business reporting, business case development, vendor RFP financial analysis, and business planning support.
- B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance or Economics, with at least 3 years of business experience, preferably in financial/analytical/consultative role supporting Corporate Real Estate or Facilities organization.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting, month end close and process development.
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Additional experience with complex financial systems (e.g. Cognos, Oracle, Hyperion) is beneficial but not required.
