Requirements:
- Three years of experience in game design with a solid interest in social games
- Passionate about gaming
- Strong knowledge of casual game current social titles
- Aptitude and desire to adapt constantly in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Knowledgeable of design theories game mechanics
- Able to complete Competitive Analyses Concept Pitch Presentations
- Game Rule System Player Progression Design
- Ability to handle and excel with several different responsibilities, while collaborating in a small, team-oriented environment
- Experience in the management of creative visual design is a plus
- Able to write creatively is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a mentee to the best Creative talent in the industry
- Interface closely with the game team Sr. Producer
- Be the person for balance, design, solutions for the best-possible game play
- Offer any needed help towards strategic design planning of gaming projects
- Update and product balance sheets, design specifications, other documentation
- Interface with production team throughout the lifecycle development of a game
- Analyze and observe user testing and make recommendations for design solutions
- Contribute and understand the goals and vision of the company
- Interface cross functionally to accomplish marketing launch objectives
