Qualifications

·         Must have at least 5-6 years of HRIS analyst experience in SAP Environment

·         Ability to create ad-hoc queries/extracts/views to extract data from SAP systems.

·         Preferred workforce analytics and/or HR metrics experience

·         Working knowledge of SAP HCM functionality; Key areas would include data reporting, performance management, time, quotas, security and organizational management

·         Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 preferred

·         Experienced in Excel, SharePoint, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and InfoPath

·         Preferred experience using Kronos for time management

·         Preferred experience utilizing one or more tools such as SAP, Business Objects, SQL Server, SQL Preferred server Reporting Services, SQL Navigator, Toad, or Success Factors analysis products.

 

Responsibilities

·         Assists with the planning, design, directing and implementation of HCM system related projects (includes but not limited to Benefits, Compliance, HR, Payroll, Time, Training and Security)

·         Works with the HRIS Director in the development, implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for business activities and requirements.

·         Oversees the maintenance of internal relational databases and database files, tables and data warehouses.

·         Supports workforce analytics tools, completes systems enhancements and further development to support easy access to data and improve efficiency of reporting/dashboard cycles.

·         Consults with various HR personnel to evaluate data needs; develops and generates highly-complex standard and ad-hoc reports.

·         Mentors to less experienced team members; lead complex projects as required.

·         Participates in a variety of HR business specific functional project teams.
