Technisource is currently seeking a Sr. HRIS Project Analyst for a contract in Brookfield. The Analyst will be responsible for providing Human Resources systems support to a customer base of approximately 20,000 employees, 4000 managers and 300 human resource professionals through system support, integration and reporting. Position will act as a primary contact with the software solution provider and will be responsible for coordination, testing and implementation of system upgrades and integration specific system customizations. Act as the technical project lead of HR projects which support the business and human resources strategy. Project stream lead responsibilities includes system implementations, integration with internal and external technologies, partnering with HR colleagues to create end user training and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.
HR TECHNOLOGY:
- Manage operation of tasks proficiently, efficiently and with full accountability for results, primarily focusing on responsibilities of: HR technology support, maintenance and security.
- Responsible for day to day integration of systems, ensuring the data integrity of employee information
- Partner with HRIS team members to develop consistency and standardization of processes and services across HRIS team.
- Create process documentation for HR transactions across multiple applications.
- Partner closely with outsourced and third party providers to create integration and interfaces.
- Ensure that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controls.
- Liaison between ETG Corporate Applications team and HR customers
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Lead human resource technology project teams in accordance with established project management methodologies, conducting unit testing, create test plans and overseeing end user testing.
- Partner with HR colleagues to identify impact of projects across other HR functions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology or related business area is preferred.
- Training in SAP HCM modules or PeopleSoft is preferred
- Training/experience in Ceridian HPW is preferred
- Project Management Certification preferred, but not required.
Experience:
- Requires 5 - 7 years or more comprehensive IT/HRIS experience, domestic and global
- Requires 5 - 7 years or more of project leadership experience
- Proven experience with a variety of HR software solutions
- Experience in developing and implementing a variety of HR applications including: payroll, time/attendance, talent management, compensation and recruiting.
- Proven experience in integrating a human resource data repository to facilitate inter-company and external application integration.
- Experience in SQL a plus
