Sr. Interactive Designer
As Sr. Interactive Designer at Gogo, you’ll be spearheading an effort to keep our users engaged, amazed and visually intrigued. Gogo presents a truly exclusive opportunity to develop innovative web designs on the ground, on mobile devices, and in the air.

We’re seeking a tasteful and experienced Sr. Interactive Designer to add to our growing in house studio.
From creating ground-breaking designs, to campaign related online executions, your role as Sr. Interactive Designer will drive the future of our brand through Gogo’s significant online presence.
This role will report directly to the VP of Creative and UX, so only Designers with the proven chops need apply.
This position requires a keen eye for what’s on the forefront of Visual Design, along with the ability to balance those technological intricacies with our unique creative voice.
The Sr. Interactive Designer will be interacting on a daily basis with the art directors and copywriters to ensure we maintain a united approach behind all creative efforts.
Core Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop compelling and innovative visual designs for online application;
• Push the levels of typography, color and visual space to achieve pleasing and harmonious designs;
• Deliver on brand solutions at all online customer touchpoints;
• Steer the implementation and UX process based on creative understanding of user interactions;
• Drive user engagement along with conversion of product and service;
• In-depth understanding of the outermost limits of front end programming languages;
• Ability to understand and respect device centric user experience and the need for varying visual applications based on the device (laptop, mobile, tablet);
• A Passion for all things creative.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
• 7-10 years’ experience as Web and/or Graphic Designer for retail industry;
• Proven experience in Innovative out of the box user centric site design - siting examples and samples;
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in the Creative field;
• Expert knowledge of the adobe creative suite;
• Influence management;
• Online portfolio and live site examples.
