The position exists to supervise Inventory Control operations.

• Plans, directs, and coordinates inventory control activities related to distribution center and store operations.
• Evaluates inventory needs and implements strategies and processes to meet those needs including ongoing preservation of inventory.
• Reviews inventory and system transactions for accuracy and investigates discrepancies.
• Administers and executes policies, procedures and practices that affect employees supervised.
• Oversee annual full physical inventory counts
• Inventory control responsibilities such as cycle counts, inventory accuracy, inventory control and related improvements
• Oversees performance levels of the direct reports to ensure efficient and effective use of resources and execution of corporate policy.
• Occasionally, the incumbent will be asked and expected to perform various, miscellaneous, and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company.
