Senior level architect, but not above doing hands on coding, scrums, and knocking thing off the list. This person must be synergistic, team player, and someone who will come in accepting the environment as it is and not wanting to make changes...

Front end, java script, ajax., groovy grails, spring, hibernate. From a development standpoint: windows and MAC VMware on boxes locally Linux/Unix/Oracle on the back side. TC Server, groovy grails, spring, Hudson for integration, Jiva for bugs, Jboss, grails, GIT hub (SaAS) Redhat, and Crowd which is used for authentication/user enrollment
