This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of one of the area's largest HVAC service and repair companies. Qualified candidates will have least 5+ years of recent Change-out experience with residential systems (Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Straight Cool). Excellent Customer Facing Skills and EPA Certification are a must. NATE certification is a+. Must be able to pass background and drug test. Why work for us? Ø Must have prior, successful experience as a Install Technician in the HVAC industry.
Ø Must be NATE certified.
Ø Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
Ø Must sign the Company Code of Ethics and agree to being videotaped for training and compliance purposes at least six (6) times per year.
