We are currently looking for an experienced FHA processor to join our processing team.
Please do not apply unless you have the below qualifications:
~ Experienced in processing FHA Loans.
~ Up to speed with updated RESPA guidelines.
~ Self motivated, able to manage own pipeline and desk.
~ Experienced with the CALYX System.
~ Experienced with running DU through our many different lenders websites.
~ Maintains a positive attitude as best as possible in stressful situations.
~ Motivated and able to work off of commission.
We are a mortgage broker so you will need to be familiar with every process of the loan submitting, working conditions with the lender, title/escrow, appraiser.
