Global Client Management (GCM) delivers the whole company to our largest and most complex clients globally through a primary point of contact. Description

The incumbent is responsible for performing a full range of diversified secretarial and administrative functions of a highly responsible and confidential nature for either an Operating Committee member or a senior level manager. S/He routinely exercises a great deal of latitude in independent judgment when supporting the manager.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have 8 + years of significant secretarial experience. S/He should be familiar with MS Office. S/He should have good math skills, excellent oral/written communication skills, as well as organizational/interpersonal skills.
