Sr. Manager - Salesforce Administration: # Position Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated, high-energy Senior CRM Manager to manage a dynamic, cuttingedge CRM system powered by Salesforce Primary Responsibilities: · Manage the overall CRM enhancement strategy through effectively evaluating and implementing functionality to meet and exceed end-user requirements. Implement solutions that are cost effective and maintainable. Actively manage enhancement process including but not limited to closely interacting with business owners and Salesforce department resources through entire enhancement process. · Fully understand CRM application and how each business unit may benefit from the application. Continually update knowledge of Salesforce through interaction with Salesforce Customer Success Manager and proactively manage Salesforce version releases. · Communicate with end-users via Chatter, Email and Webex in a group setting or one-on-one to respond to specific requests, address system issues or provide insight into system functionality. Educate business owners on the benefits of Salesforce and how Salesforce could address business needs or improve business processes. · Continually develop relationship with CRM vendor to ensure that Staples is provided with the highest level of service · Work closely with Staples Salesforce IT team to ensure system changes are cost effective, maintainable and that changes work efficiently with existing system configuration to meet the needs of internal customers. · Effectively communicate with business owners and users concerning proposed and existing system functionality · Negotiation skills to manage and prioritize a variety of end user enhancement requests · Project management skills to ensure proposed functionality is implemented in a timely manner · Solid understanding of Internet based applications · Active listener to understand business needs and relate that to existing or new CRM functionality · Ability to work effectively as a member or leader of cross functional teams · Effective multi-tasking skills to address simultaneous diverse needs. · Effectively manage, staff and develop the CRM Fuction full-time associates Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 4-6 years experience with CRM tools and Sales Operations functions Preferred: MBA Experience with CRM tools and Sales Operations functions for a Fortune 500 company Lead Administration Salesforce certified administrator a plus Job: Finance Location(s): US-MA-Framingham Schedule: Full-time Job Level: Manager/Supervisor Shift: Day Job Job Type: Experienced Employment Statement Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer who values the diversity of our people, products, and services.
