Sr. Manager Global Product Management, Amazon Marketplace Over 2MM Sellers in 9 countries (and growing) list their products for sale on the Amazon.com Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon?s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the earth?s largest selection and lowest prices. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique SKUs providing a broad and diverse inventory of products from Books, Electronics, Apparel to Consumables and beyond. As the Sr. Manager of Global Product Management, you will be responsible for guiding the company?s efforts for development of the technology platform to support and delight both Sellers and Customers. You will build and lead a team of world class Product Mangers and define and build the tools that Sellers use to manage their business on Amazon.com. Work in collaboration with the Marketplace software development team to implement and measure software and programs to improve Seller performance and customer experience. Work with Sellers, Sales teams and Seller Support globally to identify opportunities for improvement in all Seller-facing and Customer-facing systems and tools and define a product roadmap to meet these needs. Drive software and tool development from business requirements through Seller. Refine existing metrics and develop new metrics to measure the impact of software features and policies on Sellers, Customers and Sales. Report on program results to senior management in weekly business reviews and periodic ?deep dives.? Build and manage a world class Product Management team. In collaboration with the Software Development Leaders, write annual business plan and 3 year plan to guide the company?s initiatives for new features, tools and policies.
