Senior Manager in Energy Consulting - Duesseldorf and London
£85,000 - £130,000 + bonus + benefits
Our client, a prestigious global consultancy who has a reputation for exceeding client expectations, is currently expanding their energy team. Their clients include prestigious all major energy companies. They advise C-level on issues including IT Technology, Post Merger Integration, Finance transformation (including Shared Service Centre design) Regulatory change, Strategy and Risk management. Our client has an outstanding reputation to deliver strategic programmes that deliver exemplary, discernable results to their clients.
In the current market the energy team are experiencing particularly strong demand as their clients are under increased pressure to reduce costs, merge streamline operations and respond to new regulations.
Against this backdrop our client is looking to grow their team and expand their very successful team further. We are currently looking to recruit 3 Senior managers and two Directors with experience within Energy Markets - either wholesale or retail energy markets.

The ideal candidates will have gained industry experience and worked in an established management consultancy firm (6-10 years minimum).
The successful applicant must have significant and tangible experience in one of the following areas:
- Operational Excellence Process Improvement; or
- Technology Strategy - define, select, implement most appropriate Applications and Infrastructure - Solutions, both Custom Build and Standard Packages
- Finance Transformation - including areas such as budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, MI, Scorecards, profitability analysis;
The successful individual will have 6-10 years relevant experience and have a proven track record in:
- Industry experience (wholesale or retail energy markets)
- First class delivery skills of large, complex projects;
- Top academics
- At senior level we would expect a track record in business development
