Responsibilities "Lead multiple global solution delivery teams engaged in global deployment of various Oracle Enterprise Performance Management suite components ie. HFM, Planning, ESSBASE, HSF etc. "Solution Architecture delivery responsibilities for Oracle EPM/HYPERION Financial close management solutions suite Including components like - FDM, OFMA OBIEE. "Support the overall vision, strategic roadmap for implementation of state of art enterprise solution for global financial consolidation, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting solution. "Deliver enterprise scale, sustainability high performing solutions with low cost of total ownership. "Manage day to day execution and provide over-sight over technical business functional teams to deliver project on-time, budget meet/exceeding all compliance and quality standards. "Evangelist, Lead technologist providing tactical direction to various technical staff contractors "Represent solution delivery team in Cross-functional project working in global deployment of Oracle EPM 11.1.2.x "Manage all aspects of application development Enterprise Life-cycle management process, stage gates required documentation. "Deliver regular communication in all forms written, presenting various IT/Business group gatherings. Qualifications "8+ years of IT Business Technology relevant work experience including 3+ years experience in ""Top Tier"" large consulting organization providing financial advisory, management consulting, application implementation services. "3+ years experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations of new planning or financial close management (HFM) processes using a formal implementation methodology. (Broad experience with EPM 11.1.2.x HFM/Planning Systems preferred) "3+ years experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, interfacing with business users, preparing for and leading executive workshops "3+years of Hyperion development experience including Hyperion System 9 EPM (formerly: Business Performance Management/BPM) tools such as HFM, FDM, MDM, and Hyperion Planning and Budgeting and Business Intelligence including Essbase "3+ years experience preparing executive level presentations, briefings, as well as business case development and creation. "3+ years experience developing/supporting (two or more solutions) HFM, Hyperion Planning applications, including ESSBASE, Strategic finance, DRM Oracle modules of Oracle EPM stack. "Experience leading multiple implementation projects with Oracle Hyperion 9.3.x/11.1.2.x and/or business performance management (BPM) with BI and Analytical reporting packages such as such as Oracle/OBIEE, Hyperion Essbase, and/or Business Objects. "Experience migrating applications from previous version of Hyperion to 11.1.2.x "Experience in creating reports/dashboards through Hyperion Reports and/or Analyzer or equivalent Hyperion application "Sound underestanding of financial close management process for global company. "Basic understand of finance concepts PL, Balance Sheet, Entities, Chart of accounts Corporrate compliance processcess like SOX etc. "Introduction to US global Tax, Tresury other corporate finance funcitons. * Preferred. "Developing Implementing components for EPM Financial close applications. "Hyperion Planning: creating and managing Planning applications, creating and maintaining web forms, developing business rules (HBR). "Multi-dimensional Data Modeling concepts "Essbase partitioning, optimization experience "Creating OLAP cubes using Hyperion ESSBASE "ESSBASE databases - Block / Aggregated Storage options (ASO/BSO). "Hyperion EIS (Essbase Integration Services) or AIS (Analytic Integration Services) "Writing MaxL scripts "Essbase Excel Add-In or Smartview add-ins. "ETL tools such as Informatica, ODI/Sunopsis "PL-SQL skills "Bachelor's Degree (Information technology/Engineering/Finance) "MBA * Preferred.
