Requisition ID : 84410BR Job Description : GENERAL SUMMARY Drives the Presales enablement, product alignment, skills management and technical expertise for their world wide BU specialists. Holds the decision authority for a set of levers of control that connect the BU to their funded field resources. Provides a closed feedback loop between the BU and field. Accountable for the final Presales deliverables from the Regatta process. Leverages BU and HQ process and infrastructure. Works within the BU/Presales/COPS Governance using established Levers of Control. RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the Presales enablement for deep technologists in a particular specialty. Works closely with Sales and the Business Units to manage the coverage model and ensure that customers are supported with the right resources. Works in collaboration with the various GTM teams to drive bookings, booked margin and to expand the TAM Target Addressable Market : Continually develops the talent in presales to meet current and future business needs, and to motivate, attract and retain top talent in the industry. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 7+ years leadership of deep technologists, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience).
