We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Change Management to work within our SAP Program. This role is a one year contract.

The Senior Manager, Change Management will provide support to the OCM Lead in the development, delivery and measurement of change plans in support of the SAP Program implementations. It is the role of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to execute a program that will support and sustain a shift in the culture and ways of working versus the implementation of an enhancement.
This role’s primary responsibility is to provide support in the development, delivery and measurement of OCM deliverables to ensure business readiness in collaboration with the OCM Lead and the business partner.

This person will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and delivering stakeholder engagement activities to promote awareness, information and engagement within the business
- Actively participate in the development and delivery of communications in a timely fashion. Ability to produce multiple media type communication vehicles to support the business in support of building a compelling case of change and to continue to support the cohesive picture of the SAP Program future state vision
- Assist in providing an understanding to all impacted colleagues in the organization of the changes being implemented, associated improvements, challenges and requirements both at the organizational and role based level.
- Support and facilitate communication throughout the individual change initiatives to the relevant affected audiences including the project team. To support and facilitate the acceptance by providing accurate, timely information on an ongoing basis about the change impacts specific to processes and responding openly to requests and queries. To assist in the identification of all change impacts to processes within the project scope are understood, quantified, addressed, communicated and converted to actionable “readiness plans” for transition to the business.
- Provide assistance in the design, development and delivery of new business processes, capabilities and support technologies. Consult with the different business units on an ongoing basis to implement the change management approaches and plans. To lead business readiness activities in support of ensuring business adoption. Assist in defining roles, jobs and organization changes that are required to support the future state business capability

- Have at least 5 years of experience in Change Management with relevant experience within the disciplines of Communications, Training Education, Organizational Development and Stakeholder Management
- Excellent facilitator
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build and foster strong working relationships with business partners, project team members and HR Colleagues
- Above average capability with operating the MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project
- Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment, conflicting priorities and timelines
- Previous SAP experience
- Previous Loblaw experience in either an Human Resources or Business Process role
