We are looking for an experienced, energetic, proactive and analytical project manager to serve as Sr. Technical Project Manager, CPC Advertising.  Working from our Newton, MA headquarters (just west of Boston), this role reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Advertising. 
S/he will work with product managers, account managers, engineers, and executive management to develop and drive the feasibility evaluation, development, implementation and evaluation of projects specifically to drive revenue for our travel client base through our cost per click (CPC) platform.  The candidate will support multi-national teams across the organization based in the US, London, and Singapore.
 
The successful candidate will serve as the headquarters-based communication and operational  lynchpin charged with developing and managing aggressive progress and priority challenges across the teams.
 
What You’ll Do:
·         Leading multi-scale project development initiatives, including business case development, scoping, and all phases of the project management/product development lifecycle.
·         Working across multi-discipline teams, serving as product and project manager, to define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage development and QA efforts.
·         Identifying revenue and business efficiency opportunities, as well as coordinating with other teams the prioritization of key product areas for development.
·         Working with geographically dispersed teams to develop solutions that balance business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities.
·         Communicating product status, key issues and launch plans to key constituents across the TripAdvisor organization including senior management as well as engineering, design, sales, PR, and SEO/M teams.
·         Measuring product performance and identification of key levers of improvement - including design and analysis of relevant reports.
·         Monitoring site usability, competitive landscape, partner interest and performance metrics in order to recommend products and strategies for optimizing revenue and site experience.
 
What We Seek:
·         10+ years experience in project/product management at a leading web 2.0 consumer internet company.
·         Strong project management experience, including successful management of new product launches.
·         Experience working with multiple stakeholders to coordinate and support diverse needs resulting in smooth and rapid development cycles.
·         Solid understanding of web technologies, and the basics of SEO, and the ability to work closely with engineering.
·         Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and experience working in a rapid development environment.
·         Experience working with account management and sales team in developing business requirements.
·         Ability to develop and communicate product requirements to technical and non-technical staff.
·         Organized, self-motivator who is detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
·         BS/BA required, MBA preferred.
·         Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization.
·         Teamwork skills essential; sense of humor required.
