Sr. Manager, User Experience, AmazonLocal AmazonLocal is looking for a Senior Manager, User Experience to lead the design for a team that is breaking ground on a new strategic business for Amazon.com. You will lead the design of the UI architecture, visual design, interaction flow, branding, look feel and set the team?s design and usability practices for these new products and services. You will lead the design on several properties, including web, email, ads, and mobile for both customer and merchant facing areas. You will also help drive the strategy, creation, launch, and evolution of a new business. You will be responsible for managing a team of designers who will be working with multiple groups to solve complex user problems and needs. As this new business evolves you will work directly with senior management to create innovative new product offerings through continuous iterative design. You will help drive product conceptualization working with senior management to decide on the direction of new products and services.
