Global Real Estate ("GRE") is the internal real estate department of AECOM and is responsible for developing the overall planning and strategy of the corporate real estate portfolio to support the business directions of AECOM. GRE is responsible for portfolio management and reporting, transaction management, construction management, and general real estate processes and policy for approximately 7.6M SF of mostly leased office space across the globe. Due to the nature of AECOM and its businesses, the portfolio is highly dynamic.

Reporting to the Director, Global Real Estate the Sr. Manager - Program Management Oversight (PMO) is responsible for defining, articulating, and managing corporate real estate construction and fit out projects in North America. This position will have oversight of external project management teams and/or AECOM’s internal architectural, planning, design, and construction service lines, as they contribute to tenant improvement / build-out projects. We’ll look to you to ensure that all parties effectively and efficiently deliver projects. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA and does not have direct reports.

Working in a dynamic and matrix-oriented environment, the PMO is expected to achieve measurable targets in client satisfaction and service quality, as well as a reduction in real estate construction costs. This is a highly visible position which will interface with multiple levels within the company. You will work with many of our internal partners and business line clients to produce compelling world class real estate services and solutions. Typical projects involve leased office space and require heavy interaction with Landlords, business unit occupants and their representatives, finance, procurement, and shared services.
