The Amazon Paid Search team is looking for an energetic, ambitious, results driven person to help drive qualified traffic to all Amazon.com web properties worldwide. As a Paid Search Marketing Manager, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Amazon?s in-house automated paid search system. Job duties include driving efforts in automated campaign management, performance optimization, ad testing, bidding algorithms, and new vendor product integration. To excel, this individual must be highly analytical, data savvy, and creative. The Paid Search team at Amazon operates as a centralized entity, complete with its own technology team. In this role, you will work closely with all major Search Engine vendors, and Amazon?s marketing and finance teams worldwide across all retail lines. Responsibilities Work with internal Amazon retail and finance teams to define and meet performance goals and manage to predefined budget and efficiency targets Work together with the technical team to develop new product features and algorithms and continue to enhance the current system Track, report, and analyze paid search campaign performance and communicate effectively with retail and finance stakeholders Translate analytical findings into concise business actions and recommendations Positively impact all aspects of Amazon?s search marketing campaigns, including keyword generation, creative and landing page selection, campaign optimization experiments, reporting, and analysis
