The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing programs for a new Elsevier Health Sciences physician workflow solution. This is a high profile position in a dynamic team. The candidate should have 7-10 years integrated marketing experience including: brand management, direct marketing, online and content marketing (including social media management), demand generation and lead nurturing, public relations and event marketing. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be required to perform all tasks associated with a new product launch; including evaluation of industry, competitive and customer research, as well as market conditions; branding, imaging and awareness; and the ability implement plan changes as needed. Strong writing and analytical skills are a must. Priority will be given to candidates possessing demonstrable experience with new product development marketing, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plan which will focus on meeting organizational objectives
• Responsible for relevant segments of the marketing budget; delivery of marketing activity within agreed budget
• Manage aspects of web-development and permissions-based online marketing
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products
• Developing and implementing an organizational-wide go-to-market plan for new product, working cross-departmentally
• Develop solution-based marketing programs to support the efforts of a professional, direct sales force and reseller team
• Understand the buying process and develop buyer and user personas for this new product

Qualifications:
Qualifications
• Minimum of 7-10 years of integrated marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred (with a focus in marketing)
• Demonstrates technical and creative marketing skills, possesses product and market knowledge
• Prior healthcare technology marketing experience highly preferred ; strong understanding of hospitals/IDNs and related market dynamics a plus
• Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Prior experience with CRM/SFA systems (Salesforce.com), and marketing automation applications (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 20%)
