Strategic Partnerships:
Vistaprint's Strategic Partnerships team delivers customer and shareholder value through partner relationships. The group currently consists of the Retail team who develops white-label reseller relationships with online and in-store retailers such as FedEx Office; the Business Solutions team who provides branded materials to MLMs, franchise, and other organizational resellers; and the Reseller team who delivers customer value through wholesale programs.
Responsibilities:
Reporting into a Senior Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operations of a partner line of business and will also support the definition of the long-term strategy. The candidate will
- Be responsible for ensuring successful daily operations of the partner online platform
- Independently conduct analyses to review partner operational performance
- Coordinate market research to drive design and functionality decisions on new and existing partner programs including competitive research, customer surveys, industry research, etc.
- Develop hypotheses as well as define and implement test plans to improve partner performance
- Collaborate with account management, marketing, and development teams to identify new opportunities to fuel existing partner growth and ensure attainment of set goals
- Partner with analytic team to identify ways to increase conversion rate (purchase rate), repeat rate and order values for existing products
- Support the definition of the strategic roadmap and plans for respective line of business, including assisting with creation of business cases for partner opportunities and features
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product management, product marketing, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Ability to operate autonomously
- Excellent analytical skills, including ability to build Excel models to aid in business decision-making and a passion for analyzing customers, products, processes, and markets.
- Experience in working on cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate partner and customer needs into requirements definition.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
