- Assist the VP reverse logistics outsource vendors to provide Toshiba’s customers best-in-class performance.
- Interface with sales, marketing, service and manufacturing to collect, analyze and track data pertaining to divisional plan.
- Primary interface between ASPs and Parts Outsource vendor.
- Problem solving for critical parts backorders with the Parts Outsource vendor and communicating solutions back to ASPs Management team.
- Responsible for validating supply, demand and inventory balancing.
- Responsible for validating inbound, outbound and inventory control processes with customers and third party service providers.
- Support and validate outside vendors planning, procurement and repair decisions.
- Create and maintain complex spreadsheets for analysis, reporting and charting.
- Organize and prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Some administrative support duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- BA/BS in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
- Must have 3 years experience in the Visual Products industry related to repair and reverse logistics operations.
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in a business operations role, preferable working in a customer and vendor facing capacity.
- Strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy and demonstrated skill at extracting data from multiple sources and consolidating into management friendly information.
- Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced environment and juggle ever-changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Representatives.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Oracle order management system.
- Strong experience using the entire suite of MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade with a positive attitude.
- Possess the ability and skills to work with Toshiba customers to manage improvements in the supply chain process.
