Job Description:
We are Seeking a Senior Manager - Product Management Center of Competency to Manage and coach a large team of 20+ Software Product Analysts and Product Architects within Revenue Cycle Systems Center of Competency.
The RCS Center of Competency focus’s on building a team of highly skilled Product Analysts and Architects who are responsible for driving key requirements engineering, business and systems analysis activities within the healthcare revenue cycle domain.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Providing motivational leadership both in terms of team and individual development within a highly matrix-ed software development organization
• Providing career development and driving educational and training initiatives
• Ensuring high degree of quality, consistency and required functional expertise to support large scale software development
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives internally and across the Healthcare Software Solution Development (HSSD) program in terms of optimizing requirements engineering, Agile software development and overall analysis processes and workflow
• Aligning and collaborating with key stake-holders – specifically Product Managers and RD Managers in terms of deployment and performance of Product Analysts within multiple and functionally diverse scrum teams
• Aligning and collaborating with other stake-holders in terms of release planning, testing, documentation, software rollout and customer support activities
• Resource Management in terms of hiring, firing, performance evaluation and other administrative management activities
Required expertise:
• Deep understanding and experience with respect to requirements engineering as well business systems analysis processes. Real experience within an Agile software development environment is highly desired.
• Highly developed communication and people skills with a demonstrated ability to coach and manage senior employees
• High degree of experience in leading complex software development projects
• Demonstrated ability to interact at both detailed and conceptual levels
• Demonstrated ability to align, partner and collaborate across functional and program boundaries
• Experience driving complex process improvement initiatives
