Sr Mgr Finance (Planning Reporting)
Sr Mgr Finance Oakland, CA Support Kaiser's HR organization in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strategic planning and accounting. The role requires ability to work with diverse groups of clients across the organization. Essential Functions: - Responsible for consolidation of financial information across HR business practices in order to summarize and articulate key business drivers for the Chief Human Resource Officer, HR CFO and Consolidated FPA Group - Serve as Liaison between HR Finance Team, Regional Finance Officers, Controller's Office and Corporate FPA - Partner with HR Finance Team to assess financial processes and financial requirements in order to establish consistent and standardized financial policies, procedures, reports and tools across HR. - Manage HR allocations to consolidate, review, and analyze regional business impacts in order to communicate allocation drivers - Perform detailed analytics to identify key trends as well as areas of opportunities and risk - Assist in establishing and supporting financial governance processes - Lead various ad hoc financial reporting needs Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Three (3) to five (5) years of management experience and eight (8) to ten (10) years of related experience. - Four (4) year degree in related field or equivalent experience. - Requires advanced knowledge of own area of functional responsibility and working knowledge of multiple related functions. Preferred Qualifications: - BA in Finance or Accounting - A minimum 10+ years of direct FPA experience. - Management/Supervisory experience
