SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION BACKGROUND OBJECTIVES The Senior National Account Manager (NAM) will drive sales and execution of company programs and processes within the National Retailer. This sales leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand and overall customer experience with the assigned National Retailer. The Sr. NAM position is critical for increasing sales and revenue targets and driving Retail Partner relationships, while achieving Subscriber Acquisition Cost objectives. This sales leader will report to the Director, Walmart Inc. and have a close working relationship with Peers, Internal Customers, and Field Sales Leadership. The Senior National Account Manager will provide focus on sales strategies and tactics, including key initiatives such as increasing Per Store Activations, year-over-year growth, securing the distribution of new products, developing promotional offers, alignment of the Online and In-Store offers and messaging, and other transformation initiatives. Experience in achieving operational proficiencies in the areas of inventory control, inventory forecasting, commission reconciliation, Retail Link analysis and P/L statement management are critical. It will play a role of strengthening communication and cross-coordination among the Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Operations organizations. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 8 years of significant sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. Experience supporting and working directly with Buyers at Walmart and / or Sam's Club is required. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building winning teams and implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results.
