Synopsis: Network design engineer needed to support network design contract including the design and management of a US Government agencys network. Skills include encryption, MPLS and network reliability. Design and troubleshoot resilient VPN networks using MPLS, IPSEC, and/or SSL technologies. Tasks include data gathering/requirement validation, redundant solution design, problem determination and testing, analysis, IPSEC tunnel server configuration, HAIPE and solution documentation, CTO, customer presentations, and technical community knowledge sharing. Requires extensive knowledge of MPLS and VPN Products, BGP, IPSEC tunnel server implementations, routing protocols and firewalls. Bachelor of Science with 10+ year experience in the areas of associated network design or network design services. Required skills in the area of DoD network engineering, IP network design and customer presentation skills. Bachelor of Science with 10+ year experience in the areas of associated network design or network architect services. DoD Secret clearance is required.
