Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Offer Development is responsible for:
· Pricing analysis and reporting for LifeCell
· Drive revenue, targeting, and goal setting for the Corporate Accounts team by partnering directly with the Corporate Account Director, Corporate Account Managers, and Core Sales Team.
· Driving, Analysing, and Executing a pricing corridor program
· Identifying areas of opportunity in the GPO / IDN landscape and playing a key role in developing offer programs to take advantage of those opportunities
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develops methods and reports to assess pricing corridor strategy, monitors execution of that strategy by the sales force, and drives intelligent pricing discussions.
· Develop pricing models, standardized proposal presentations, and key account analyses used in obtaining key revenue objectives partnering with the Corporate Accounts team
· Participates in the development of customer targeting strategies for pricing and offer programs
· Participates in the development of key metrics for the Corporate Accounts sales team. Influences business partners to use detailed analytics to drive positive business decisions
· Provides insight and analysis to marketing team during annual pricing creation
· Develops and drive key account business reviews for Corporate Accounts and general sales team
· Builds financial models used in assessing the value of proposals and contracts.
Position Qualification Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
· At least 5 years of financial analysis or healthcare pricing program management
· Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
Other Position Qualifications
In addition to the basic qualifications listed above, the following other position qualifications are required:
· Experience with Oracle.
· Experience with financial and accounting concepts
· Experience with analyzing pricing trends, communicating observations and making suggestions for improvement in revenue growth and/or profitability
· Experience with supporting commercial departments in evaluation and consulting on business issues/proposals
· Experience developing queries/reports that can be formed into insightful, actionable information
· Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with executive levels within the organization
· Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data sets
· Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work, while maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
In addition to the basic qualifications and other required qualifications listed above, the following preferred qualifications also exist:
· MBA
· Experience with the GPO/IDN landscape in the healthcare field
