SR OFFICER/SUPERVISOR CREDIT DOCUMENTATION
A nationally recognised financial institution and one of Hong Kong's largest retail banks is seeking a Senior Officer Credit Documentation - Secured Lending to manage a team of clerical staff. Primary product of coverage in the secured lending team will include mortgage.
To build their continued success, they are looking for experienced Senior Officer Credit Documentation for their secured lendings department. You will prepare security documentation, checking of document execution; liaise with relevant parties on mortgage/non-standard documentation. You will also have the responsibility for taking on ad-hoc projects as a part of this opportunity.
Therefore we are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in secured loan documentation with strong interpersonal skills. A degree within the Business Administration or Finance sector is a must. Managerial experience would be an advantage. Candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
