Position Description:

- Defines, develops and provides information, metrics and analysis to drive the decision-making process and support business operations for the internal and external customers.
- Influences all levels of an organization to support projects and/or ideas.
- Role includes, but not limited to:
o Working to drive improvements in key business and customer processes within assigned function.
o Facilitating a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data.
o Leading and executing process improvement ideas.
o Measuring and validating project results, and successfully implementing all facets of process improvements or changes identified
o Identifying key customer satisfaction metrics and driving improvement in performance.
o Providing the highest level of internal and external customer service.
o Becoming an expert in assigned business processes, including upstream and down stream implications.
o Directing and motivating teams to conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues- with a goal of developing formal recommendations for presentation to management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Insurance product and process knowledge
- MBA degree
- Process Mapping Software, Minitab experience
- Six Sigma certification / training

Basic Qualifications:

- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to find answers!!
- Bachelor's degree in a business, analytical or technical discipline, or equivalent.
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead motivate teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong focus on and passion for Customers.
