Description

The incumbent will provide customer service to a client base of mid-sized pension disbursement clients with approximately 20,000-45,000 participants. Job functions include processing of client instructions and files, research, responding to client inquiries, balancing daily/monthly payment cycles, and providing a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, and 3-4 years of experience in the department. S/He should have appropriate business skills in multi-tasking, organization, and time management, as well as excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. The candidate must also possess a high level of oral/written communication skills in order to provide customer service for daily client contact, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
