Sr. Portfolio Manager, Technology

Essential Functions
Senior Portfolio Manager for KeyBank Capital Markets. Responsible for the underwriting, structuring, negotiating, documentation and ongoing monitoring of credit relationships for Corporate Banking clients.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years’ experience in Portfolio/Credit/Relationship Management in the Corporate Banking sector.
- Obtains and participates in the analysis of all necessary financial data, analyzing credit history and spreading financial statements.
- Makes recommendations of loans to appropriate approval authorities.
- Consummates loans by securing the necessary documentation, and manages the process going forward.
- Follows credits to determine liquidity, earning trends, management capability and other pertinent information to secure the Bank’s position and avoid potential losses.
- Identifies potential problems in credits, then works with Team Leader (and potentially Special Assets personnel) to improve undesirable situations.
- Conducts periodic plant or site visits to monitor business conditions, attends client/bank meetings when appropriate.
- Assists in training of new Analysts as they rotate through the department.
