As a Senior Process Analyst, you'll take the lead as you... - Responsible for the maturity and continuous improvement of the Configuration Management processes and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) - Partner with technical teams to enhance automation capabilities for the Configuration Management Database - Effectively communicate with key stakeholders process vision, direction, scope, proposals, design, usability and controls - Champion the Configuration Management process with key stakeholders to increase the overall adoption of the Configuration Management Database - Establish KPIs and operating metrics for the Configuration Management scorecard - Identify gaps in ITSM processes and recommend improvements - Partner with other ITIL process owners for enhancement recommendations to ITSM processes - Serve as functional integration owner for several business process departments and processes - Lead the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology Requirements - 7-9 years total work experience - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - Strong knowledge of Data Management Techniques - Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills - Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a process area to resolve problems on an ongoing business basis. - Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements.
