Primary Job Responsibilities The North America Product team is seeking a very Senior Product Manager to manage the end to end experiences of merchants and sellers, with focus on risk related experiences and retention of our most valuable merchants in 2012. With the right blend of customer focus, analytical capability and business savvy you will be able to balance profitability for the business with an optimal customer experience. You will be a fantastic influencer and cross functional expert in order to drive a cohesive strategy and execution across multiple teams around the organization. You will own the merchant experience portfolio PL across multiple product lines. In this crucial role, you will partner closely with North America Marketing, NA Merchant Product Managers, Global Risk and Product teams, Global Operations team, and other regions to drive customer focused solutions to this multifaceted opportunity. Your ultimate measurable goals will include increased revenue, reduction in churn, increased NPS of our most valuable merchants, and reduced call volume. The successful candidate will report into the Director of E2E Product Experiences and will have the following responsibilities: Develop and drive the end to end seller experience strategy by understanding the needs of our merchants, consumers and the business and aligning those interests. Prioritize the segments where PayPal can --and will-- win. Comprehend and structure complex business issues and Risk practices as well as assimilate, integrate, analyze and segment data from multiple sources to find opportunities to optimize and drive risk/reward trade off. Lead development requirements and partner well with Global Product team to deliver compelling products and experiences. Develop innovative solutions that drive merchant satisfaction (NPS), increase usage and reduce churn. Own PL and metrics related to these measures. Have a continuous improvement mindset; champion a test-and-learn approach (test, learn, rollout... repeat) Create and oversee implementations of go to market strategies Partner with Finance to develop 1-year and 3-year forecast, and manage the business to plan
