Responsibilities 
 
The Security  Access Management engineer will be responsible for engineering and implementation of single sign-on and federation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong execution skills with direct hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SSO and federation. S/he should be experienced in running multiple individual projects. The individual should understand business requirements and implementation needs, as well as design, develop and deploy B2B federation security solutions. These responsibilities include testing, performance tuning, requirements analysis, and problem investigation and correction. The position requires hands-on technical work and strong project management disciplines with strong execution skills.  


  Required Experience 




  Installation, configuration and maintenance of an Enterprise Web Access Management System. 


  Deep Understanding of Web Access Management policy, procedures, and applicable scenarios. 


  Understanding and experience with Multi Factor Authentication technologies. 


  Understanding and experience with Federation Services (SAML  ADFS) 


  The ability to architect a web access management system, troubleshoot both application and system issues, understanding of network communications and architectures. 


  Provide technical and thought leadership to the SSO Operations and Development teams as well as application developers. 


  Able to read technical infrastructure design documents and offer improvement suggestions or point out potential areas of improvement. 


  Understanding of active-active geo-dispersed infrastructure 


  Experience with Windows 2008 64-bit. 


  Qualifications 
  Preferred Experience 


  Installation, configuration and maintenance of CA SiteMinder Policy Server version 6, version r12 with report server, CA Federation Manager, web agents on wide variety of web server platforms. 


  Expert hands-on level experience in upgrade, tuning and maintenance of Siteminder Policy servers and supporting components. Required to stay up to date on vendor released, capability updates and roadmaps. 


  Planning and executing regularly scheduled updates of the infrastructure. Assist with design  troubleshooting of Siteminder policies. Ensuring that the designs are maintained and the security model is conformed to. 


  Understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management 


  Understanding of wide range of web technologies end to end, practices, protocols, and Industry Compliance Standards (PCI, FFIEC, EMEA, etc). 


  Assist with the creations and maintaining repeatable services for the business for SSO integrations. 


  Play a key role in estimating project efforts and durations in order to meet deadlines. 


  Troubleshooting of problems, performance tuning and day-to-day administration activities. 


  Experience with variety of web based authentication mechanisms including form-based, certificate-based, Oracle MFA integration. 


  Act as a liaison between vendor technical support and application developers. 


  Web technologies: Apache, IIS, Siteminder, SunOne LDAP v5.2, 6  7, Certificates, Websphere 6  7, SAML, SOAP, SOA, XML, Web Services. 


  Familiarity of LDAP, Active Directory 2008, Exchange 2010, Sharepoint 2010, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, Oracle 11g Grid, Oracle OAM.
