Responsible for the development, implementation and support of innovation initiatives towards meeting the Company's innovation strategy and goals.
Drives customer and prospective needs analysis to generate new ideas and concepts. Designs and implements comprehensive new product/service business cases in collaboration with other SBU departments which includes identification of market potential, establishment of market strategies, estimation of potential sales and financial impact, operational strategy and process, distribution/channel considerations, identification of potential risks and development of mitigation strategies, creation of integrated marketing programs and promotional activities, and management of offer lifecycle. Conducts department-wide program planning with wide range of internal and external partners and agencies to build actionable project plans to ensure successful pilot and launch of new product/services. Provides ongoing monitoring, measurement and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and develop strategic marketing direction to expand existing marketing for targeted segment or product
- Establish plans and create programs which support business development and increase market share.
- Collaborate with internal/external partners to develop marketing objectives that will be assigned across the marketing team, opportunity and target analysis and value propositions.
- Drive development of targeted integrated marketing communication strategies and tactics.
- Lead marketing groups and cross functional teams to explore and develop product concepts which support business development and increase market share. Ensure customer and prospective customer needs are addressed and sales channels are supported; drives new products through the stage-gate process and meet objectives.
- Address issues and resolves problems pertaining to marketing activities and/or programs that are not meeting the needs of customers.
- Analyze, interpret, and present key results to senior marketing team for review.
- Develop and manage marketing partnerships as appropriate to goals.
- Identify and understand designated customer segment or product and develop targeted value proposition and loyalty strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and partners to deliver programs to expand customer base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Business Management, or equivalent plus 10+ years of experience. MBA desired.
- Must be customer focused with proven ability to develop integrated strategies and programs across multiple functions.
- Industry experience in service-marketing industries that use multiple sales channels.
- Solid, analytical, organization, communication and presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
