Sr Program Mgmt-O&S(ADM Domain Specialist-QA/Change Management) recruitment
This individual will be the SME in the areas of application development and maintenacne Change Management (CM) and Quality Assurance (QA).
*Management of the Global Corp IT compliance process and leadership of the effort related to managing and tracking ADM (Change Management and Quality Assurance) related Federal Reserve requests, first day letter, regulatory exams, audits;advising representatives across Corporate Functions and Business Units (CF and BU) on the upcoming risk examinations and internal processes to track and manage Federal Reserve requests and responses.
*Global oversight and enforcement of compliance with ADM CM and QZ policies and standards;management of KRI, KPIs and other reporting metrics.
*Support DFs and BUs in the management, tracking and monitoring of issues and findings identified by regulators, audits, and self-assessments.
*Bachelors or masters degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline.
*7-10 years in compliance management and audit in the insurance or financial services industry.
*Experience with IT application development, maintenance, and enhancement processes, controls and reporting in large global corporate environment in the financial services industry.
*Deep experience in project/program management of large global control and transformation initiatives relating to application development and maintenance.
*Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and leading industry practices required for large financial services/insruance industry.
*Significant and direct experience with Federal Reserve supervisory review of ADM practices.
*Excellent time management skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
*Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Experience interfacing with Senior management and regulators.
