REQUIRED
- Mastery of Primavera 6 release 6+ is required.
- Highly developed presentation skills are required including mastery of the development and delivery of effective MS PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to be highly effective in both written and verbal communication to a wide range of audiences.
DESCRIPTION
The candidate will support the Western Service Center (WSC) Planning Requirements Group (PRG) Resource Planning Team by providing comprehensive review, analysis, and recommendations related to project schedules.
- The candidate will analyze the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) liaison between project management and planning, and line management.
- Routine duties include reviewing the status of projects, schedules and activities.
- Additionally, the candidate identifies project issues, develops resolutions, and communicates recommendations to meet productivity, quality, goals and objectives.
DESIRED
- Knowledge/experience in research, statistical analysis, and quality system analysis, is highly desirable.
- Quality System Management experience and/or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- Proficient with MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is desired.
