Sr.Project Manager
Sr. Operations Manager Senior support and liaison between his department and the GM and orchestrates communications between his departments and other departments via the other directors, leads; engineering and maintenance, warehouse and logistics, purchasing and primary focus on production. Ensures all aspects of his assigned departments are operating smoothly, with minimal waste and downtime, oversees the maintenance and operation of equipment to ensure the product is produced with minimal to no quality issues that can be prevented. Secures and delivers proper training methodology in order to follow SOP, and highly qualified staff, seeks ways to increase efficiencies and reduce labor related costs, supports purchasing and warehouse efforts to maintain inventory at adequate levels and desired turnover, communicates clear and concise with other departments to deliver complete customer satisfaction including production and delivery of a superior product. Manufacturing experience in any type of caplet, soft gel, gel cap etc is a MUST. Working knowledge of budgeting, purchasing, logistics and managing a workforce of at least 50.
