Sr. Project Manager
Title: Sr. Project Manager Location: null CIBER is searching for a CRM Consultant/Project Manager to drive enterprise Microsoft CRM implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. Candidate will function as the main contact person for the customer to manage their project to make sure its delivered on-time and on-budget. Candidate will work with the customer to define their requirements and then design and lead the system architecture process. Upon completion, candidate will implement the customizations using the Microsoft CRM web-based customizations tools. Responsibilities: * Conduct discovery meetings with customers and prospects to understand their sales, marketing and customer service requirements * Configure/customize Microsoft CRM using web-based administration tools (form layout, workflow design, view creation, etc.) * Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements * Create reports using SQL Server Reporting Services * Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery * Train end-users * Create knowledge transfer documentation * Test that our customizations meet the customer's requirements * Other assignments/projects as directed by management * Project Management Certification * 4-year Degree * Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, system design, or information systems * Minimum of three years experience implementing CRM applications (Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Saleslogix, Onyx, etc.) * Familiar with relational database concepts * Self-starter and be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities * Must have excellent communication, leadership and client development skills Desired Skills: * Call Center Experience * Experience with CTI integrations with Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Microsoft CRM certifications * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 CIBER, Inc. is a global information technology consulting, services and outsourcing company applying practical innovation through services and solutions that deliver tangible results for both commercial and government clients.
