Job Role:
* To develop and managing the execution of the Quality Assurance Plan (Quality Planning, Quality Centre, QTP and Quality Control).
* Developing and implementing the manual test plan.
* Need to execute Quality Assurance Strategy.
* Documenting test cases and maintain the test library.
* Implementing and improving the quality processes.

Skills Required:
* Should have 8+ years experience working within the banking/financial industry either at an investment bank, commercial bank, software vendor.
* Must be able to test various kinds of bank areas like Commodities, Fixed Income, and FIX protocol etc.
* Some knowledge of capital market products in interest rate, credit, foreign exchange or equity.
* Proven competency with quality assurance tools and processes.
* Advance understanding and practical experience of software development lifecycles
* Strong analytic and problem solving skills must be a fast learner, self-motivated, team player, and collaborator.
