opportunities by telephone and in person. Conduct interviews of
qualified candidates and make conditional job offers. Assist w/new
hire orientation programs and completion of paperwork. Meet
and exceed recruiting goals. Strong organizational skills, sales skills,
and computer proficiency with Microsoft applications and mgmt.
software as well as ability to work within a team required. Flexible
