As a key member of our Staffing Team, this role requires an experienced staffing professional who will be responsible for the complete life cycle of recruiting from sourcing to execution of offers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with hiring managers to develop hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
- Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
- Call, screen and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering the careers NVIDIA has to offer the Industry's top talent.
- Manage recruiting initiatives from the beginning to the end of the hiring cycle including successfully pre and post closing candidates on opportunities at NVIDIA.
- Reporting on recruitment activities from our applicant tracking system, Business Objects and excel based reports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree (EE, CS or technical degree preferred).
- 5 to 7 years of related work experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting/sourcing.
- 4+ years of experience in internet sourcing and cold calling.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and communication skills required.
- Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products.
- Ideal candidates will have knowledge and interest in consumer electronics, semiconductor and software industries and trends.
- Ability to interface and present to senior management.
