Sr RFIC Designer Job in Toronto/Gta, Ontario Canada

We are seeking a SR RFIC Designer, for our Toronto based client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full life cycle(design, verification, layout, lab eval, ic assembly) of radio front end circuits for transceivers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS or better in EE
- 8 to 10+ years of industry design experience in transistor-level, RFIC circuit design
- Must have good silicon, CMOS design process experience.
- Solid experience having designed many of the following types of circuits: LNAs, PAs, modulators, mixers, multi-stage tuned amplifiers, distributed amplifiers, LC-VCOs, switches, filters, and phase shifters.
- Must also be skilled in the design and modeling of custom inductors, baluns, hybrids, transformers and transmission lines.
- Good knowledge of Verilog-A as well as Matlab, for system modeling and verification.
- Hands-on experience with microwave test equipment and excellent bench skills.
Experience in Cadence Spectre, Spectre, HFSS, and Virtuoso.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are essential.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
DESIRABLE/ASSET:
- PhD in EE
- Experience with deep submicron technologies(65nm or below)
- Experience with high volume IC manufacturing
- High frequency experience, at or above 40 Ghz
- Experience in RF communication systems and Analog/Mixed Signal design
- Radio Architecture knowledge/experience
