Lorillard Tobacco Company, a leading manufacturer of tobacco products, is currently seeking a Sr. SAP Functional Analyst in our IT department, located at our corporate headquarters in Greensboro, NC.

The Sr. SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for:
§ Production support of the existing PP software solution with additional support for MM as needed.
§ Thoroughly understands the underlying database relationships for the SAP PP module and corresponding data dictionary elements.
§ Evaluates the impact of minor changes to existing business process interfaces, obtains approvals on interface changes, and implement/support the changes.
§ Coordinates implementations with User and Developer resources to ensure a smooth and successful implementation, and support development and testing with users and the SAP Support Team.
§ Understands the capabilities of the PP module and its inter-relationships with the other related modules of the SAP ERP environment, including Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE).
§ Understands the capabilities of the PP and MM modules and their inter-relationships with the other dependent non-SAP systems, including Manugistics, LIMS, Interspec and Manufacturing Execution (MES) systems.
§ Supports the system analysis, design, and programming/configuration for any PP configuration modifications or custom reporting modifications resulting from changes to existing business processes.
To be considered, candidates must possess the following:
§ BS/BA* degree in Information Systems or related major with six (6) years SAP and systems analysis experience; or BS/BA* degree with seven (7) years SAP and systems analysis experience; or Associates Degree in Information Systems with seven (7) years applicable SAP and systems analysis experience.
§ In-depth knowledge of at least two (2) or more SAP modules.
§ Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects independently;
§ Experience in providing guidance and training to systems development personnel;
§ Competent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
§ Effective interpersonal skills are essential.
*Education, experiences, training, and certifications will be considered and may in certain circumstances, be acceptable in lieu of a BS/BA degree.
