Description
The Senior Science Recruiter is expected to contribute Joule Clinical and Scientific Staffing via branch P and L growth through recruiting and servicing efforts, which require minimal supervision and monitoring by his/her immediate manager or other designated management. S/he is expected to actively networking within the community to expand awareness of Joule and continually improve the recruiting and staffing efforts of the branch. The Sr. Science Recruiter is primarily responsible for the sourcing, recruitment and selection of Laboratory Science personnel for temporary and contract positions in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and Specialty Chemical industries or other clients of Joule.
Required Skills
Professional image, outgoing personality, and ability to persuade suitable candidates and clients to use Joule's services. Ability to foster open communications with candidates and clients. Has effective customer service abilities, strong organizational and follow-up skills and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and manage time efficiently. Should have knowledge of Database, Internet, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software and the ability to produce a variety of required reports. Must meet required quantity and quality of data input requirements within the company database system. Must have good presentations skills. Has the ability to discuss client requirements and is able to match those requirements to qualified talent. Ability to deal with client service and candidate problems. Some independent judgment required, ability to perform position with minimal supervision.
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science, Life Science, Human Resources or other related business degree. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant staffing industry experience or has 2-5 years of relevant business experience in a non-staffing industry position. Demonstrates comfort in a sales driven environment and is able to contact both clients and candidates with no hesitation.
