Partner with Smith Hanley consulting group provide Analytics Project Management support for decision based marketing projects.  You will serve as the key resource point responsible for managing projects of varying complexity with internal marketing groups. Exciting opportunity to work with a global organization to provide analytics project support for key business function areas by lending your analytics expertise to support marketing initiatives!   

Successful candidate to have the following:

·         10-15 years of experience in Database Marketing Analytics (blend of project management and providing hands on support) preferably in B2B consultative environment

·         Proven hands-on analytics capabilities with multivariate statistics preferably with SPSS/Clementine or SAS supporting database marketing, market research and/or marketing mix modeling.

·         Demonstrated hands-on analytics capabilities with multivariate statistics along with working knowledge in SQL along with strong data extraction/manipulation skills

·         Ability to communicate effectively with team members as well as marketing managers

·         Outstanding written and oral communications and presentation skills. Ability to translate data-driven insights results into business and marketing implications for both technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Demonstrated proficiency and competency with spreadsheet analysis, presentation graphic visualizations, and relational database software.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 

·         Bachelor degree with concentration in quantitative discipline or related field, Master’s preferred
